Fans get ready as Zane turns her best selling book Addicted into a major motion picture. And if that isn’t enough to get you excited, then maybe the fact that Nia Long and Boris Kodjoe will be starring in the movie – is. Long, known for her roles in films such as Love Jones and Friday, was actually hand picked by Zane for the role.

Zane told us last week while at Clark Atlanta University why she personally picked Nia as a lead character in her upcoming film , “I had a long conversation with Nia awhile back and she understands me and my writing so I knew that she would be the perfect fit.” The chemistry between Long and Kodjoe should be perfect considering their history together on the television show Soul Food. The only thing is they are now love interests.

Fans of the erotica author may become addicted to more than her book series and major motion films, fans will now be able to experience her new adult toy line slated to release in January.  Zane even gave a brief medical lesson on the purpose of vibrators. (History: They were created because doctors used to treat female hysteria by hand and it was time consuming and hard work.) She says that we may just find everything we need in her toy collection.
