NFL player, or should I say former NFL player, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson has definitely reached a trying time in his personal life as well as his career.

Johnson was recently arrested for an alleged domestic dispute with wife of 41 days, Evelyn Lozada, and she has now filed for divorce. It was reported that the six-time Super Bowler head-butted his wife during a dispute that ignited after Lozada confronted her husband about finding a receipt for condoms. Lozada had to be treated in a hospital for lacerations to her head.

According to CNN’s “The Marquee Blog” Lozada stated, “It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not OK and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well.”

A day after being arrested, the Miami Dolphins dropped Johnson. Things don’t seem to be going too well for this guy, but hopefully he has learned from his mistakes and bounces back from it all.

Questions are already swirling if we’ll see Evelyn and Chad reconcile and get back together soon.
